entrusted as teachers and practice holders who wish to deepen their personal spiritual path, such as through long-term retreats or studies such as:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nyenpas<\/strong> and personal retreats<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>International retreats<\/strong> (eg Ng\u00f6ndro, Dzogchen and Meditation)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Shedra<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>On-the-job activity<\/strong> training such as in holding events<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Attending practice-intensives<\/strong> such as drupch\u00f6s, training in shrine and ritual, ch\u00f6pons, umdzes, playing instruments, etc.<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Teacher Training<\/strong> Programme<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>All funds available have been donated by members of the Rigpa Sangha. In this spirit every applicant is asked to contribute as much as possible toward the total costs of the event.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>In general, grants will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the total amount required.\u00a0Grants will only be disbursed to the organisation holding the event; grants cannot be transferred\u00a0 to individuals.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>All students who Dharma Grants will help create the best circumstances for our current teachers to develop and gain experience, to deepen their study and practice and to mentor and educate others to manifest as authentic lineage holders.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">It will also help secure Rigpa\u2019s legacy by sponsoring projects and programs developed in Rigpa that use new channels to share the Dharma, in ways most adapted to these times of great unpredictability and fast-developing technologies.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The International Steering Group and Vision Board or International Rigpa Boards will make recommendations as to which projects should receive support (in line with Rigpa\u2019s annual priorities) and for how much each project will be style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rigpa\u2019s main retreat centres <strong>Lerab Ling<\/strong>, <strong>Dzogchen Beara<\/strong>, <strong>Dharma Mati<\/strong>, and <strong>Sukhavati<\/strong> are home to vibrant communities of monastic and lay practitioners, following one of the most ancient lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. They observe a daily schedule of meditation and prayers, aimed at the well-being and happiness of all beings, irrespective of their religious orientation.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The practitioners come from many different countries and backgrounds and share a deep commitment to the core purpose of the Dharma which is the practice.
